The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Jets spent their marquee pick on Cam Ward, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

Getting Horton where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
