The phones sank the Bears this weekend: D-.

The Darius Robinson pick is the one that will follow the Bears into the fall. They took him 46 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. A weekend that fought the value and lost, hence the D-.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

The Sinnott pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at interior defensive lineman, cornerback and other spots. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, interior defensive lineman very much included.
