A costly weekend of dealing drags the Ravens to a D.

Nobody else had John Williams anywhere near pick No. 212. The Ravens did, by 54 spots, and that gap is the whole story. The math is unkind, and the D follows.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up.

Landing Ransom that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, running back very much included.
