After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Browns committed. Fernando Mendoza is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. Fine in stretches, shaky in others: a C-.

The cost of the Umanmielen reach is exactly the players who went right after him. They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back.

They will regret leaving tight end for another day if the season turns on it. They banked enough surplus on Williams to cover a lot of smaller sins.

If Fernando Mendoza and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
