Draft Grade — Ravens
Overall
B-
ValueB-
NeedB+
TradesB-
FutureB-
The Ravens kept it disciplined and banked a B-. The one they had to fix is still broken. The Ravens left cornerback untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul.
On value alone, Watts makes the weekend a net positive. They are betting Booker proves the room right and everyone else wrong.
Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
Pick Analysis
Pick27
Rnd1
Tyler Booker
In pick No. 27 they get an anchor for the offensive line, reach and all. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Pick59
Rnd2
Xavier Watts
Quietly one of the better values of the day, Xavier Watts at the 59th overall pick. A minor need, but a need all the same.
Pick91
Rnd3
Savion Williams
Savion Williams in the Round 3 slot is fair value, right on his grade. The roster fit checks out.
