The Bears finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. J.J. McCarthy is the Bears' quarterback, full stop. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Rice has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
