The Bears finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B+.

The Bears spent the pick that matters most on J.J. McCarthy, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape.

However the rest shakes out, Foster at that price is a win they earned. The Orhorhoro pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. They will regret leaving running back for another day if the season turns on it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.
