For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The 49ers walked out of the weekend still thin at wide receiver, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.
