The Ravens answered their biggest question with Mendoza. Grade: D. This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Brandon Cisse, the No. 35 name on the board, stolen at slot 249. A D that will need time and luck to look better.
They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. The Green pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. Fernando Mendoza gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits.
