A costly weekend of dealing drags the Commanders to a C-.

The Commanders lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up. If Jatta pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The Commanders paired the rookies with proven help, DJ Turner II leading the way.

Tight end is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

A perfectly average weekend, for better and for worse.
