The steal of the weekend belongs to the Bills and Concepcion: B-.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Bills watched Kevin Concepcion slide 51 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

The Payton reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. The linebacker spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
