You can draft well and still miss the point. The Packers did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to quarterback, which was the need that mattered most. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

They banked enough surplus on Trice to cover a lot of smaller sins. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.
