The Panthers worked the phones like thieves and earned a B.

Whoever sat across the table from the Panthers should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

Reese has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain. That is a linebacker worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
