McCaffrey should have been long gone. The Bills pounced, and earned a B-.

Call it larceny. Luke McCaffrey sat on the board until the 168th pick, and the Bills did not need to be asked twice. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. Linebacker was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
