The Eagles clearly saw something nobody else did in Oluwafemi Oladejo, taking him 36 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

Landing Pierce that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The cornerback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
