The rest of the league had time to spare on Hayden Conner; the Eagles did not wait, grabbing him 39 spots ahead at No. 228.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. The Grant pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Micah Parsons deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
