Grand theft in pick No. 98: the Eagles steal Neal and grade out a D-. The phones were a trap the Eagles kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. Hard to defend, and the D- reflects that.
A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want. They will need Davis to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.
The Neal pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.
Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
