Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Patriots spent slot 246 on Demon Clowney, a name the board had a full 89 spots lower. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Sadiq.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
