The steal of the weekend belongs to the Patriots and Fautanu: B+.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Troy Fautanu tumbling to the Patriots in the 68th overall pick is a gift they did not have to think twice about. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. With edge rusher, interior defensive lineman and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on cornerback is the choice that costs them. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
