The rest of the league will want that one back. Josiah Trotter tumbling to the Broncos in the Round 4 slot is a gift they did not have to think twice about. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

Reaching for Regis left real value on the table behind him. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with linebacker chief among the fixes. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
