You could see the war room lean forward. Tyler Warren at pick No. 45 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

Spending an early pick on cornerback with wide receiver, quarterback and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up. They left with running back solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

The back end got a real overhaul.

Good work on the whole, with wide receiver the one box left unchecked.
