Somebody in slot 73 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Patriots sat still while Jalon Walker, the No. 25 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

Jackson has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The dealing tilted against them, just enough to notice.

It grades out a shrug today, with plenty of room to move either way.
