A franchise passer in Williams headlines a B+ weekend for the Bears.

Start where it matters. The Bears took Caleb Williams to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one.

However the rest shakes out, Devonshire at that price is a win they earned. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want.

Spann-Ford has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the interior defensive lineman spot they never got to.
