Maye is the Patriots' new face under center. Grade: B-.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Patriots spent their marquee pick on Drake Maye, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

Landing Pritchett that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Holker has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.

No edge and no loss on Kiran Amegadjie in the 68th pick; it is a wash and a sensible one. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.

A top-tier cornerback at a bargain, Nehemiah Pritchett in the Round 6 slot, plain and simple. Depth more than a fix, but depth they can use.

Grayson Murphy at Round 6, Pick 18 is a sensible buy, a touch better than market for the edge rusher. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
