Quarterback settled, Daniels in the fold, and a A- for the Patriots.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Patriots spent their marquee pick on Jayden Daniels, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. They executed a plan and it shows in the A-.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. They banked enough surplus on James to cover a lot of smaller sins. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher.

The cost of the Wiley reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

In the end it comes back to Jayden Daniels, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
