The Jalen Travis selection is the head-turner. The Patriots reached 51 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. The board pushed back all weekend, and the D+ is the result.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Paul Jr.. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
