The Patriots clearly saw something nobody else did in Elliot Washington II, taking him 60 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

Thieneman falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.

Bottom line, with Jake Slaughter leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
