Williams is the plan now, and the Patriots grade out a B.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Patriots spent their marquee pick on Caleb Williams, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

The Jeffcoat pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

However the rest shakes out, Richardson at that price is a win they earned.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the interior defensive lineman spot they never got to.
