The Patriots won the night they stopped Klubnik from sliding. Grade: B-.

Call it larceny. Cade Klubnik sat on the board until pick No. 194, and the Patriots did not need to be asked twice. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

They will need Martin to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
