This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Jay Higgins, the No. 125 name on the board, stolen at Round 7, Pick 9.

Every board in the league had Walker lower, and that gap is the story. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
