More right than wrong for the Patriots, and a B to prove it.

The Patriots spent real capital to be 157 picks early on David Walker, and the board is going to hold them to it.

The Marks steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The Patriots clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before. They were the ones paying the moving tax this weekend.

It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.

A tidy bit of business in the Round 2 slot, where Sonny Styles graded well above the range. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.

Kalel Mullings at slot 67 is daylight robbery; nobody expected him to last. A need, and now a little less of one.

Taking Tai Felton in pick No. 72 is close to grand larceny; a wide receiver that good had no business lasting this long. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
