Larceny in the Round 5 slot lands the Jets a B, Stroman and all.

You could see the war room lean forward. Jalen Stroman at No. 175 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. Every board in the league had Nussmeier lower, and that gap is the story. Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
