The Patriots looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took David Walker at slot 220 regardless, 68 picks early. A near-flawless weekend of work, and a A- to cap it.

However the rest shakes out, Cornelius at that price is a win they earned. The phones were where this weekend was really won. The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Wyatt Milum and all.
