You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Patriots did exactly that with Clay Webb in the 47th overall pick. A weekend that fought the value and lost, hence the D.

The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. The Gabriel pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.
