The search is over. The Patriots handed the keys to Drake Maye, and the whole operation now runs on his development.

Bishop falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. The Stover pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at edge rusher and interior defensive lineman.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
