The Commanders let Mullings fall into their laps, and walked away with a B+.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Kalel Mullings tumbling to the Commanders in the 205th pick is a gift they did not have to think twice about. It does the job without flash, and the B+ reflects it.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. Powell-Ryland has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through wide receiver.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
