Bailey should have been long gone. The Bears pounced, and earned a A-.

This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Emani Bailey, the No. 209 name on the board, stolen at Round 7, Pick 28. The sum of the weekend is a deserved A-.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. The Bears clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

Trust the process, because this time the process plainly worked.
