The rest of the league had time to spare on Oluwafemi Oladejo; the 49ers did not wait, grabbing him 66 spots ahead at Round 3, Pick 11. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Walker. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it.

Spend now, pay later; the math only works if this class delivers.
