The Panthers did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Devin Neal fell into the 221st overall pick. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Zak Zinter gives the group a proven body among the projects.
