Larceny in slot 162 lands the Panthers a B-, Mullings and all.

You could see the war room lean forward. Kalel Mullings at pick 162 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

They will need Rogers to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They will answer for taking interior defensive lineman early while cornerback, edge rusher and other spots went begging. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through cornerback.

Good work on the whole, with cornerback the one box left unchecked.
