Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Panthers spent No. 163 on Jack Kiser, a name the board had a full 21 spots lower. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Wilson value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.
