The Panthers did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Malaki Starks fell into the Round 4 slot. More right than wrong, and a B+ to match.

The Morrison pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss.
