Moss should have been long gone. The Panthers pounced, and earned a B.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Panthers watched Le'Veon Moss slide 102 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

They will need Rourke to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same.

Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 9 of 9 of the wish list covered. They trusted the board more than the depth chart.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
