This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Cody Schrader, the No. 175 name on the board, stolen at No. 240. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. They will need Gray to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Value over need was the throughline, for better and worse.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
