Best value of the weekend goes to the Panthers for Milton: B.

Somebody in No. 240 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Panthers sat still while Kendall Milton, the No. 202 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. Rice has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
