A costly weekend of dealing drags the Panthers to a C.

The Panthers lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. Fine in stretches, shaky in others: a C.

Reaching for Brown left real value on the table behind him. The Moore value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up.

Not a disaster, not a triumph, just a middling class.
