The Panthers spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Mansoor Delane, the No. 75 name on the board, in the 106th overall pick. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.

The veteran additions, Devin White chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
