The Panthers bled value on every deal, hence the D.

Somebody took the Panthers to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. The board pushed back all weekend, and the D is the result.

The Wiley pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The Solomon pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with linebacker, safety and other spots still on the board. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain.

The verdict is not kind, and fairly so; this class has a hill to climb.
