The Panthers looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Dallin Holker at slot 120 regardless, 38 picks early. It does the job without flash, and the B+ reflects it.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. McMillan at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.
