Hall Jr. should have been long gone. The Panthers pounced, and earned a C-.

You build a draft on nights like this. Michael Hall Jr. had no business being available in the Round 4 slot, and the Panthers did the only sane thing and turned in the card. A mixed bag that lands at C-.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Walker has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

Hit on Troy Fautanu and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
